如何在Apache中向HttpPost添加受限制的Ip

Question

I am doing a http request using apache and i want to fetch data from a webserver. So far I am able to do locally but my problem is that i cant access the webserver because of security issues. My question is how can i add blocked Ip address of the webserver to the code to prevent it from being blocked because of security issues. Here is My Sample Code.

DefaultHttpClient httpClient = new DefaultHttpClient();
HttpPost httpPost = new HttpPost(url);
httpPost.setEntity(new UrlEncodedFormEntity(params));
HttpResponse httpResponse = httpClient.execute(httpPost);
HttpEntity httpEntity = httpResponse.getEntity();
InputStream   is = httpEntity.getContent();
