Question

These days I'm creating a CMS. It has got dozens of MySQL tables. (i.e : users, users_meta, posts, comments, likes, rating, feedback, comments_meta and so on...)

What is the best way to organize those tables ? As i see there are two options :
1. Put them all into a one database
2. Put them to separated databases (i.e : Comments DB, Posts DB, Likes DB...)

Which is the best ??

There is no reason for you to split your tables into multiple databases. This will introduce all kinds of problems and also potentially inhibit performance.
