The procedure for adjusting the frequency should be as following:
- Set F_DRV according to the desired frequency with 'CALIB_WRITE'.
- Measure the current frequency with 'CAL_PULSES'.
- Calculate the percental difference between target frequency and current frequency.
- Choose value for OSC_TRIM according to Table 6.3.1-1.
- Repeat until the target frequency is reached.
- Store the setting for OSC_TRIM by the 'EE_COPY' command.
When 'CALIB_WRITE' is used to tune the frequency fOSC the value of OSC_TRIM is valid for the next measurement and stays in the register. If the EEPROM is programmed with 'EE_COPY' the value of OSC_TRIM is taken over into the EEPROM and the OSC_TRIM register is set to 0 again.
