I've been working with Twilio, but I'm really not sure how the voicemail works.
I've an application from where user can schedule a call for the phone number by providing audio file or text, so when user picks up the call the robot reads the text or plays the audio, now I need to know either if the call was attended or not and if neither then if audio/text has been sent to their voicemail or not. I need to know the status of it.
I've done some research and came to know that Twilio tells on these statuses, and when I call my personal number sometimes Twilio will leave a voicemail if I don't pick up the call but sometimes it doesn't.
So how can I get to know either if a call was attended or not and if the call wasn't attended that either the voicemail was sent or not?
