我的php网站在XAMPP（localhost）中工作正常，但卡在实时服务器和WAMP上

Question

I am using a collection of APIs to get data.On XAMPP, my site is working fine but its not working on either wamp or live server. On wamp its not inserting data into db and on live server ALEXA rank Api is not working.My settings on XAMPP are

Database server

Server: 127.0.0.1 via TCP/IP
Server type: MariaDB

PHP extension: mysqliDocumentation curlDocumentation mbstringDocumentation
PHP version: 5.6.40

While I have same setting on WAMPP/Live Server I have checked the extensions and php.ini file is same

On Live Server alexa rank api is not called. On WAMPP its not fetching data. ON XAMPP everything is perfect!
