如何让Laravel会议成为一个非laravel项目（php）

We have an existing Laravel project and we want the session of the laravel to be also used in a NON-Laravel-Project(php) and its in the same database so that we will not need to authenticate the user again. the session driver in the laravel used is 'file' ( 'driver' => env('SESSION_DRIVER', 'file'),)

I tried to search it on stackoverflow but its not the expected answer

I expect the output to get the session of laravel and use it the same project
