如何在Tinymce中添加浏览器文件或图像按钮

I have written below code in my php file. I got image option but to upload image I need to add URL

I am not getting browse file option on execution

Add these arguments with others

    tinymce.init({
    selector: 'textarea',  // change this value according to your HTML
    file_picker_callback: function(callback, value, meta) {

   if (meta.filetype == 'image') {
     callback('myimage.jpg', {alt: 'My alt text'});
   }


  }
 });
