Im looking for a way to move an android device to another access point on the network if the access point is being overloaded with devices. I wish to do this programatically if possible. Thanks in advance.
My thinking was that I could write something with php which would move the IP address onto the other access point thus switch the device to the other access point...I'm just looking for any pointers.
