c++怎么向python高效传递矩阵数据,有完整的demo或者相关资料吗?

本人小白,项目中需要实现C++解析视频流(这一步已经完成),并将解析图片数据传给python做检测(这一步不知道怎么完成),本能实在是不知道怎么做,请大神能指导指导,小弟在此感激不尽!
