Composer下载错误 - 证书验证失败

I'm a newbie and I'm trying to install Symfony2 on my laptop (win7). I'm following a tutorial who's saying that I need to install the composer. I launched the Windows installer and all was good until this : here is the screnshot of the errors I got

I'm using wamp with php 5.5.12 and Apache 2.4.9
I tried to do it with the command line but it didn't work

(Sorry for my english, I'm a swiss student)

Help me please :)
